Wednesdays are GROWING at Unity....

Happy Wednesday! It's Maria Levine here with this week's Growing In Unity gal and a fun announcement regarding the Unity Addict Challenges.

This week our GIU girl is Savannah O'Gwynn! Here is a little something about Savannah:

"My name is Savannah O'Gwynn. I've been in love with crafts ever since I was a kid (my mom paints and draws)...but I didn't start working with stamps and paper until about 2006. I went full time at crafting in August 2009 when I bought my first Unity stamp set. I haven't put them down since--TOTALLY addicted!! I cannot live without my Unity KOTM! I also am an Ippity chick! Love my Unity/Ippity stamps! I enjoy paper piecing--and mixing stamp sets (wooden stamps with KOTM or single sets). I love everything about Unity! EVERYTHING:}

This is my second week for Growing In Unity--I had a blast last time...and I couldn't wait to have another go at it! Love sharing my creations using Unity stamps with you!!! Be sure to stop by the blog--lots to share this week! Love UNITY!"

Now check out this beauty that Savannah made for her GIU week:

Be sure to swing on by Savannah's Blog to check out her fabulous creations this week. Savannah will be giving away a Unity kit at the end of the week from all the comments she receives.

Today also happens to be Unity Addicts Wednesday! Be sure to stop by the Unity Friends forum HERE for some fun NEW details regarding these challenges. I'm so excited that the Unity peeps are on board and thrilled to be the Unity Customer Challenge Hostess!

So "Let's Get Sentimental" this week with Unity. Your challenge is to use any Unity quote or sentiment as the main image on your card. Unity has lots of fabulous quotes so pick your favorite and get stamping. Come HERE in the forum to play along. The deadline to play is next Tuesday night 9pm EST. A random winner will be selected and announced here next Wednesday!

Put your thinking caps on and let us know what challenges you would love to see, you may be our next guest host!

Growing In Unity Wednesday

Happy Wednesday! This is Maria Levine writing as Unity’s guest blogger! Each week I will be sharing information about the current week’s Growing In Unity girl!

Growing In Unity was started well over a year ago by a Unity Friend/Addict Ramsey Stepp. Ramsey has recently handed over the organization of Growing In Unity to me and I am excited to help out. All the fabulous information regarding Growing In Unity can be found in the Unity Friends Forum.

This week our fabulous Growing In Unity girl is ANGIE BLOM! Here is a little something about Angie:

“Hi My name is Angie Blom a SAHM of 2 wonderfully funny kids that keep my life interesting everyday, I belong to 3 different design teams , love to share my craft with anyone who is interested in looking at it... and I am a Unity Addict.. hehehe.. like many of you are I just love everything Unity and Ippity and for the last year and a bit it is my only obsession, kit club that I can't live without.. I just love all the wonderful creative things you can do with these stamps... but most of all I love the friendships that I have made over the last year with most the customer participants , the Unity Design Team, Artists, and staff members. They are truly a wonderful family of on going friendliness and inspiration.

I am happy to be doing my second Growing in Unity.. and look forward to showing you all the things I like to do using these stamps. Come take a peek at what I am creating this week.. “

Be sure to swing on by her fabulous blog and check out her projects every day this week and leave her some love. At the end of the week Angie will pick a random winner from comments left for a fabulous Unity prize!

Here is one of Angie’s projects this week:

How cool is that? Check out all the fabulous details in her post.

Looking for a Unity challenge come check out the Unity Addicts Challenges in the Unity SCS Forum.

hey there!  it's jen erickson here representing the unity design team this HOT tuesday in june. woot woot! you might recognize me as the only dt chick who has no mad skills in the card making area. :)
i am all about the layouts.  i especially like using unity stamps on my layouts b/c they are so versatile. you can get more bang for your buck!  check out the layouts below.  i used that same number stamp ( )
in slightly different ways on a number of other layouts.

in proper angela fashion, i will leave you one of my favorite quotes.  i always think of it during hip hop thursdays:
"napoleon, don't be jealous that i've been on line chatting with babes all day."

A Sporty Monday

Good morning everyone! Hoping you all had a great weekend!

I'm sharing some MINI cards with you today...these little ones are only 3x3. I love making minis - they're just perfect for attaching to a gift or slipping into a lunch box for a quick note.

These ones were made with the SPORTS SQUARES set. Perfect for the little (or big) boys in your life.

I used my Trodat date stamper to customize these with the recipient's birthday.

Thanks for coming by to look, and I hope your Monday is a great start to your week!
♥ Tanis
